Luxury Products as a driver for unique customer experiences

This project is about the process of designing a cabinet for a luxury outdoor kitchen brand. It aims to close the market gap of a cabinet which withstands the outdoor environment and creates a contemporary luxury experience. The methodology was structured around analyzing and synthesizing the luxury brand and the luxury industry and identifying luxury product characteristics. Furthermore, design methods were used to create the design of the cabinet. The result was a modular cabinet that addressed luxury’s utilitarian and symbolic aspects.
